@imrealakanksha Just wanted to share my experience of today. I accidentally booked a flight with a stop and stretched my flight from 2hrs to 5hrs+. I went to catch the flight and at the spicejet check in counter to check it it's possible to move me into another flight which is faster as it was very important for me to reach Delhi before night. I CANT THANK ENOUGH the spicejet staff at the Bagdogra airport. They made it possible for me and it was so smooth ! They even went extra miles and made sure that I didn't miss the flight. They were great!!

Excellent work of Spicejet crew on flight SG 8264 from CCU to DEL saved an unconscious passenger’s life. A young girl, when co passenger alerted the crew a very calm and efficient action saved the life. Good work.
